ND car laws question

Anyone know if it is mandatory in ND to have a front license plate and also front blinkers?

Idk if it makes any difference, but the car in question is a t bucket.

Front license plate, yes.  I've gotten harassed for that once.  But, that was a new cop trying to harass a local to make a name.  He left me alone later after he talked with his captain about me.  

Turn signals, I dunno motorcycles arent required to have them, but Im not sure about vehicles.

most states say if they didn't come with the car from the factory u don't need them--but if u put them on,than they have to be working

In north Dakota, if you run a pioneer plate, you DO NOT need to run a front plate.

Turnsignals, are optional, if they were not factory equipment.

Mu T does not run a front plate or have turnsignals, but i will be putting signals on it eventually.
