How they were ever able to convince the city to let them do that is incredible.

It would be a good reliability run!  I am game, the '36 could go or I can bring the panel truck out as a support vehicle for all the roadster the club will obviously be running on the beach  8) ;)

Yeah all the good ones are a ways away.
Bonneville    1200
Austin TX     1400 ( Both the Round-up and the Revolution )
Pomona        1550 ( GNRS, LA Father days and a bunch more )

I would consider taking either the 32 or the Merc if there was a group of hot rods going. But even being a spectator would be fun at this one.
