Took them off an engine with 172,000mi. Includes valve covers, the rubber (reuseable) valve cover gaskets, valve covers, and exhaust manifolds. Going to a 5.3 so don't need them.
I can grind the valves and seats and refurbish the heads for a competitive price if so desired.
