Thanks for the comments guys.  It's been a fun project.  Hopefully the students are getting some good experience with it.

We've picked up a few metal working tools the past couple of years that are making this possible.  Budgets are tight this year so maybe I'll use it for a tech. week on the HAMB and we can add to the tools if we win.

The '35 is still never going to be a "great" car, but hopefully a fun '40s driver.  That's the plan.

If there's a way to copy the posts over to the Tech. section - go ahead, but I'd also like to keep it here.

I'll take the car home for XMAS break and hopefully get going on the interior.

  I should say, you got a ton of nice metal working equipment there. Good to see the students still working with their hands instead of just buying a part and bolting it on.  Keep the pics coming, looks like a super fun project.
...And if you call in the next 20 minutes, cause we can't do this all day...
