I got round 1 up, I'm going to try and upload them in groups, I've got over 700 photos I've got to sort through so when I update I'll reply to this thread.

All the photos can be found here:  http://antibling.deviantart.com/gallery/#Back-To-The-50s-2008

Actually, no.  This Norwegian was saved by a Swede in Fergus Falls!

The GMC transmission STB at Fergus on the way home.  A couple phone calls and Bruce Barton came to the rescue.  He recommended a reputable shop, let me park my rig at his place, offered refreshments, and lent me his pickup to continue home. The whole ordeal only delayed me a couple hours, and the Pickup is in the hospital as we speak getting cared for.

It's great to have fantastic hotrod buddies willing to help a guy in distress.

nice job on the photos and composition on them

when I was leaving, it was just like leaving Disneland, just about wanted to cry when it was over, it seemed almost like a dream this new experience for me

the nightmare was getting lost,  sent to hell and gone by all knowing cops ,diverting our journey, Garmine powered now, sure made the hotel to fairgrounds trip faster

runs pretty good now.  had a lot of trouble for awhile but he drives it quite a bit now. i think the main problem was that it was overheating really bad. but it  stays pretty cool now.   its pretty damn loud and fast, a little overkill maybe, but its fun.

Reed you would have done the same, it's good to see you got help when you needed it.

Funny, we talked on the phone yesterday for a 1/2 hr. you said nothing about breaking down. :?

Hellbent, could you ask him what he did with the firewall for that car? I'd appreciate it. Thats quite the induction setup. Is it a straight all eight carbs at once or is one row of 4 a primary and the next row of 4 a secondary? Bet it barks!
