I lived in Napa, California for two years in the early '70s and visited the Oakland Roadster Show in '71 and '72. I recently came across these photos from one of those shows. It was held in the Cow Palace at that time. I have more somewhere, but not sure where. One is the old Playboy bunny Nomad in it's original version, I think.

Not real great pics, but hey, they're scans of 35 year old photos.

Hey Jake, Larry Larson is always looking for stuff like that for the NDSRA newsletter. You should put a short story together and send it and some pics to him.

I thought of that a while back, but the pics are so dark and poor, I didn't think they would show too well in Street Talkin'.

Maybe someone who has photoshop can lighten and brighten them up????   Wow Cars??

Yeah, email me the original ones you have scanned and I could do that. Nabbin' them off the 'board here does not lend itself well to print.

Before you go to all that trouble why don't you bring them with to the NDSRA meeting or to the Toppers show and let Larry take a look at them. See what he thinks, maybe he can use them the way they are.
