I got the tranny cover sanded tonight and then painted. I had allot of dust settle on it so after the first coat had kinda flashed over I thought I would hang it up to put the final coats on .................. then I dropped it into a pile of saw dust. :roll:  Neat.

I took lacquer thinner and was able to wipe all the paint off without hurting the primer and then started over.......I love doing shit twice.:albino:

Here it is in place. I have not bolted it down to the floor yet cuz I am looking for a rubber mat to use for the floor yet.

Here are a few pics of one of the hood sides. This one is pretty beat so I don't know how good it will look black but we will see. I may have to keep my eyes open for another one for this side. I got the back side in sealer tonight and will try to get the front done tomorrow.

guess i should have kept that 32 hood for a while longer.  but that probably wasn't in much better shape.

I hope it's done and on the road for BTT50'S as I can't wait to see it in the flesh.
