Should be fine but you could do something like this.

both ladder bars are tached together and after the trans x ,lader mounts and rear is sent they can be final welded. the base for the ladder mounts is tacked in.  and i notched the front of the for the radiator to drop down between the rails.

now that the ladder bars are mounted front and rear i thought i post up a couple of pics.

the problem i have now is when i have the frame on its wheight the rear shackles are binding quickly

Explain binding...do you just need to move your spring mounts?

i think thats  it.  they are over a 45 angle and the spring hits the mount when i stand on the frame

heres the pics from yeasterday of the car as a true roller.  axles fully mounted and the body tacked back together with the start of the sub floor in.  i do think i may lowere the back of the body just abit since there is just a bit of fame showing under that back corner.

I like it!  I agree with lowering the back- you'll end up having a high grill shell though...
