looking for NDSRA rat rod

saw a rat rod at this years BTTF,,,, model A two door,,, gunny sacks for a roof and alum. aircraft seats, flat head and a NDSRA sticker in the window any of you know of this rod ?????

nice item would like to find owner for a talk
