I dunno what to say about this show.  I didnt stick around enough to see if it actually turned into a decent show, or if the mess they had was lack of planning.

They had all the cars spread out something fierce.  That first picture is stan orness' car.  I figure they classified it as a "rat rod" since it wasnt with all the other hot rods.

So other than hot rods/street rods having their own area, stan's car being by itself, and imports way off in the sticks, i didnt see any kind of real parking by  classes, and the parking was all spread out.

I showed up about noon and there were still a few cars that came in, and one old lady that drove around the barracades.  And the show was so spread out, nobody could watch for all the kids coming through, touching just about everything on every car parked out there, kids riding in on bikes and riding in between cars, stopping sitting on their bikes looking at the cars in between them.  So I sure hope more cars showed up after I left to fill in the gaps.

My old shop teacher has a picture of this car in his shop in Underwood minnesota. He built it about 25 years ago from scratch. kinda neat to see it once in awhile. Keystones are still ugly though.
