Crazy Fish

Ok, I don't know what kind these are, or what's going on, but this is the craziest thing I've in a while.

It looks like it's from a spanish fishing show, but since I don't know any spanish, I'm not totally sure what's going on.

Maybe because they're flying?  Who knows man, foreign television is strange at times to begin with.
