Awesome...I'm going to have to give a call. I can't believe it's a 2 door! Thanks for thinking of me!

It's a 2 door now.  It's been shortened by cutting out the center (rear doors).  Pretty complete but doesn't look like it runs.  Was a factory air car.  Keith S.  was trying to get ahold of the guy to find out more.  No luck yet.

At the junkyard in wishek, they had a 57 2 door wagon.  I couldnt stop to look but it looked to be in real good condition from what I saw.

I went and looked at it and it's about 1 foot longer than most shorty's.  They made about a 1 foot panel behind the door which made the length and wheelbase that much longer than most.  You would maybe just "gag" and not really "blow chunks".

I went and looked at it for Kat too. Gave her a call this AM and told her it's a POS.

You guys are awesome! Thanks for looking for me.

I guess I will stop looking for 57's and get to work on the Pontiac now. One sold at 50's this year for $10,500 and was noted as "rare wagon". She should be a perfect wagon for me ONCE I GET ALL OF THE SNAKES OUT  :help:

Ok, I have been reprimanded. That '57 "shorty's" is not a POS, but an excellent " parts car". Boy do I feel better now.
