Wishek Junkyard?
« on: August 01, 2005 2:45 am »
When I went through Wishek to Pierre, it occured to me that I had never been to the west of Wishek, if I had I wouldve noticed the huge amounts of classic cars there.

Does anyone know, is this a operating junkyard or just a private collector.  I wouldve stopped but was with someone else who was driving.  The 2dr 57 Nomad station wagon really caught my eye, especially how good condition it was in.

If no one here can shed some light on it, Ill have to start calling around Wishek.

its Martells, tons of cars.  I thought he was a bit pricey but has lots of stuff.  I got a vega box from him and a 455 quite a few years ago.  If I remember right he had me pop the trunk when I left to make sure I didn't get anything extra.

Do you have a number, does he have regular business hours or is it just a call and work out a time deal?

Thats the yard that took me 3 hours to RUN through one spring. And that was just throught the old stuff. (teens to '60s) He is pricey, but has the stuff you're prolly looking for.
