Well we finally got the FE in the Edsel sorted out. A little clip in the distributor came loose sometime between the time bubba was done and i started running it, and allowed the advance mechanism to get all screwed up. No damage done, just put it all back together. it basically just all came loose and then bound up and didnt allow any advance whatsoever. hence he stalling.
Simple Fix. You guys should hear it run. Once its all buttoned up again under the hood, im gonna go get it and take a video of it, doing a huge burnout. Its been over a year and a half since this thing has been eating away at me. its like a giant load has been lifted off my shoulders.
