NEED: TITLE/TAG!!!

LOOKING for a 47-54 chevy pickup title and tag... i don't want to get to far into my project before I have a title....  hopefully someone has one laying around!  oh yeah and if you have an A-D truck laying around and want to get rid of parts, let me know!

i still need all kinds of shit... i just dont know what all it is yet!   basicially i am starting from scratch here, all i have is a body and box. i am still debating whether or not i want to run the straight axle or not, if so, i need one of those and the springs i suppose. but if they are grain trucks i imagine they are 8 lugs? i dont know what i want to do yet. i am still weighing out the pros and cons of every way i could do shit. basically i need to figure out the: a) cheapest, b) most visually appealing, c) easiest to service methods i can find. good luck to me, huh?

oh well.... hey you wouldnt happen to have a 3 window cab thats already off the frame would you?

No full length running boards, I don't have any 1/2 ton axles, and the only 3 window cab I have is my '49 which is not for sale.  So I probably don't have anything you need....wonder if weed still has AD trucks for sale.

well if you got the short running boards, are they straight? because i could always lengthen them. the pair i got is twisted, rusted, and smashed....

do you have 5 window cabs? cause i got a 5 window now, but the truck was already chopped when i got it, and i am thinking if i keep the 5 windows then i will just reweld original window frames back in, so i dont have to get the corner windows cut down, otherwise i was just going to get rid of them altogether. figured a 3 window cab would have just the sheet metal i need.

it troubles me because i have a 5 window... but i just like the look of 3 windows better. uffda, whats a guy to do...

I found a title, locally. Skip at french lake has one. so i no longer am needing to find one.  Thanks!

oh boy... i don't know, all i really need are the rear window frames, and possibly a dash, but i don't know yet what i am going to do for that part. it sucks, cause now my cab is back outside and covered with snow and i dont know when i am going to get back on it agian... time and money are seemingly dissapearing these days. :(   how soon would you be doing it? after the snow is gone or what? let me know and i will try and figure something out. thanks for help.

oh yeah, i was gonna ask you before...do you happen to have any rear fenders at all, or know of anyone with any? the condition isn't too important, as long as they are there.

They just got another 12"s of snow back at my farm, I doubt I can even get to the cab till spring.
