So, got some work done on the Ford this weekend, nothing real exciting, but got the motor in place and notched the K-member for the trans. I made some templates to build a transmission mount off of the stock K-member. I had to grind the hell out of the driver side exhaust manifold to clear the steering box. I don't know if it is enough yet, as the motor will torque towards it, but we'll see when it gets closer to that point. Good news is that the Lincolns 302 oil pan clears the front crossmember really nice and have an ideal amount of room for fan and radiator, etc.
