Will that switch kit work for my 4L60E though?

I think what I might do is just run the 305 fuel injected for now just to get her going, and then I will figure out what I will do.

i'm soory after reading eberhama's post and seeing that i got twisted up.  you may drop them aline on there site from the link and find out though.  i do have one of their full harnesses that i havent put in yeat but it dose seam nice

Searching on the internet the most common answer is the only way you can get it to work is a stand alone computer.  Which you can get from summit or jegs and runs over $600.  I'd just look for a 700R4.
