Anyone know of a shop for sale or rent, in F-M area or up to 30 miles out?  

Ideal one would be big enough that I could put in a living area too.

I hear they have showers at . . . the gym! Ha Ha. Heaven forbid one goes there! Pinstripers been doing the infantry shower.

Our particular shop is a little tough to live in in the summer with all the bugs. I slept in a tent on a mattress with a fan blowing through the screen. If thats not loony. . . .

There was some shop space for rent in West Fargo over by Red River Fabricating. Heated and all.

u guys are nuts!...i prefer to sleep and shower in my house..and then drive to the shop!

Ya but when you work 12 hours a day 6 days a week, driving is not something you want to be doing.  

Man I hope they keep the CE line down so I can maybe get a 3 day weekend.

It is former two stall gas station built in the late 40's or early 50's.  The front office area could easily be made into a living quarters. $15,000. Give me a call for more info 701-436-6399
