HAHAHAHA

I do hope there is a little more building next time. I didn't mind the  history lessons on So Cal and Jimmy but I hope they were just in the pilot episode to edge-a-bakate those that didn't know.

PS: I would have use a hole saw.

I thought it was pretty good... I don't watch a lot of TV, but at least this was something cool and I think would take the time to watch again.  Good to see Dave on there...

I watched it and enjoyed it. I want one of the rotary hole punch gizmos too. I did learn one thing that I found interesting. The So-Cal shop rate is $85/hr!

The new episode was good- I still haven't seen the first one...then there was a monster garage where jesse and the gang built a "rat rod" '29 tudor with some 12,000 buck "hardcore" smallblock chevy and th400 trans...at the beginning of teh show they said they were going to build it for under 5,000 but it ended up being 36,000 + with "freebies" and the actual car cost.  They also said that there were only 30 Model A sedans in that condition that they started with, and that the first hot rod gathering was in 1970....looks like somebody needs to do some research...I wish I got "freebies" too.

   No wonder Jimmy changed his name to Shine!

Here's an interesting article on Hard Shine.  You have to remember it's all for TV and a buck.

http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Features/articleId=121623#22

I watched the last two episodes the other night as I had missed them.  It's still fun to see the cars and interesting people,  but there's plenty of corn thrown in.  I'll keep watching.

I've got all the episodes on my DVR and plan to eventually tape them all on one tape.  If no one comes up with one, give me a yell and I'll tape it for you.

Last night was pretty good.

That's what I heard.

I set the VCR but forgot to turn on the dish. :x

I see they are showing reruns of Monster Garage, hopefully they will do the same for  this.
