I forgot they had a swap meet.

If that guy is able to hammer out that nice cover on the cowl for the steering you think he could do a little work on the roof too.

I never step over the tape to look inside. There is a roll cage, you can see it in one of the pics.  I'm guessin' that's what held the body together. Heard he was cruising main in Mandan Sat. night!!

I got a couple of those tires on my '49 I'd sell.  I hear through someone in the NDSRA this Rat Rod craze is here to stay so you might want to invest in them before they really become collectors items.  I've also got some 2wd chevy pickup stock aluminum rims to throw on your rat rod as well.  I give him originality points for using an afghan and what appears to be a moving blanket instead of mexican blankets for upholstery.  But then again I'm drunk right now so just about everything seems like a good idear to me.  Fer sure fer sure.

Did you notice his front spring setup?

I think some day we'll be buying these "ratrods" for cheap after the craze is over and using them as donors for what little good tradition parts they might have left.
