really for the metalworking equipment available it should not be to hard to build one
a brake , a bead roller, slip roll, wire feed, a piece of 1/4 rod for front edge, a plasma cutter to make some cute designs
the possibilities are endless
and proabbly cost a lot less than driving or buying one as they are proabbly fairly scarce by now
