Think It's mopar. 16" X 4" w/ a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern.

Shit a guy had 5 of them at the Buick swap and they were still sitting there when I left.
soaken wet shoes and winkled fingers...
hours and hours
inch at a time...
