Btw, how the F do I change my avatar?...  In my profile there's just a huge selection of .gif's that I don't want.  I don't see anything that allows me to upload mine?  Thanks guys-

You need to change it from in the Message board.  Look right up at the top while you're reading this, and you'll see a Profile option below our moto.  Click that and you should have an option to upload from local, upload from remote or link to a remote file.
