Lots of neat stuff in there. I pulled a '39 deluxe coupe out of there in '04. It had been sitting in the same spot since '62(and it showed). It was three cars off the main road that Randy(owner, son of Al) that he drivers down every day, and he didn't know it was there, if that gives you any idea of the overgrowth/lack of organization. I took my brother there to look at 2 '62 ford convertibles that are right on the main road, we went mid-july at the height of the green season. We were within 5 feet of them and walked right by because we couldn't see them. Randy is a good guy, and is pretty easy to deal with once you get some $$$ going his way(not always easy to do either) and not just there to break stuff/steal/ waste time.

I've got a couple 94 carbs still in the box that you sent them to me in, for a tri-power setup I was going to get right on building. You can come and visit them and get the nickel tour. :) Oh, and welcome to the plains, enjoy the chitty weather.

Thought I'd drag this to the top again for any topper goers. $1200 for the '55(now has a clear ND title), and $150 for the 350.

I think he wanted $2500(?) for it. Supposed to be complete but really rotty down low. I think he said it was a stock olds motor w/a hurst mount kit. Thats all the farther we chased it.

A guy that runs a bodyshop in Bismarck bought it for a customer, and the customer gave it the thumbs down, so my cousin ended up buying it from him. Its now over by Casselton. Could probably still be bought for a generous cash offer, Tom  :wink:

I talked to Deke on Thursday. He's not exactly out of buisness, but he is "retired" and is only taking on small, easy projects to do at his leisure(my vinyl top was too big a job). I think Billy's is the only game in town now.
