Title: Powder coating

I got a pair of 36-37 ford hub caps off of e-bay. They came powder coated. Does anyone know the right way to remove the coating. They need more finish work, and does anyone know how to remove and install the stainless steel caps.

Are they the wide five like I have on my A?

Yes, they are the wide style hub caps.
