I know a couple of you have done this...so...how 'bout it?

I did it the hard way for my dads, Model A. next time im home i will take some pics of the machine work i did.
being 250 miles from your projects SUCKS. hahah

I have done 5 sets, ( if I remember right ). You need access to a lathe to turn the hubs down to fit inside of the Buick drums and a drill press if your changing the bolt pattern. If you do a search on the HAMB I think you should find what your looking for. ( I see this is an old thread )

I did mine with far less machineing. I used the earlyer hubs (40) had a spacer ring pressed to the snout to index the drum to thee hub. The drum slides over the hub. Then I redrilled the bolt pattern on the drum to match the hub. Then all that's left is assembly with your choice of ford parts, backing plates & spindles.
