I could create one up on Cafe Press.  They're chaning their printing method, so they're supposed to look a lot better than in the past.

At the company Im welding for, my aunt does all the ordering of their shirts and hats and such.  I could see what kind of deal she could come up with for shirts if a few people wanted to order.  Ive wanted one for awhile too.  I know cafepress is pretty expensive.
