Title: 1958 Oldsmobile Dynamic 2 dr Sedan for sale
Post by: Lucky on September 19, 2012 8:03 pm
Location: Maplewood MN   Price: $7000-$9000
I have a nice '58 Olds 2 door sedan that has disc brakes upgrade, new radiator, and was on the road last year. I took the motor (371) out to replace a bad frost plug and re-gasket, it did not smoke or use oil. I am just finishing up putting new floors in, the rest of the body is very nice. I also have new side glass to put in, and all interior parts. I am willing to sell this either as a roller (floors will be done), or with the engine and transmission. Here is the pricing breakdown.
$7,000 roller
$8,000 with engine and automatic transmission
$9,000 with engine, 4 spd transmission, trans adapter for 4spd, and Offy 3 deuce intake.
More pics to follow.

Nice shop!! Hey Chris, I hope you don't mind asking on your for sale thread and if you do PM me and I'll pull it. How do you get the door open when the coupe is on the lift?

I think that paint wearing down on the roof the most is just telling you it needs metal flake.

Hey thanks...yep had plans for this and still like it, but time to make some tough decisions, damn you limited time limited money.

Tom the short answer is I don't have gone through the trunk and on the bigger cars the window if it comes to that.  Its not perfect but it still pretty awesome to have a hoist.  I can put the cars about half way up and open the doors and still comfortably roll a stool under there.
