Title: Options to getting a title in ND

I bought a couple of Model A's this past summer with the understanding that the seller would furnish a notorized bill of sale so that I could get titles for the Model A's.  Needless to say, the seller flaked on his end of the agreement and I have a couple of cars without titles.  What are my options on getting titles for these cars?  This question is for in North Dakota.
