I know there's one of these threads on the HAMB... but I want to see what the Suedes and locals view as the coolest kustoms around. Here are a few of my current favorites to get things started.

I'll play.

No pictures here, but, I'm really digging all the 49 through 54 chevs. My first two cars were a 49' and fifty tudors .It also helps that I just drug home a 52 ragtop in August. Anxious to start finding parts for a custom down the road. Glad to see that there is finally a large supply of parts available too....

I knew you'd bite Mr. Eyeball...
And yes- kustoms are the new.... whatever...

The cool part of Mort's are all the subtle changes. If you don't know `53-`54 merc you can miss them.

All I know is it's a thing of beauty.

If anyone has this issue, could I get a bigger scan? I asked Rocket/Other Ryan, and he said he didn't have it or at least hasn't unpacked them all yet.

Ever since I went to Denny's in DL, this won't get out of my head. Love it.

It's long lost... It'll make for a good "barn find" someday. What a historical piece too. You'd think someone would find it and restore it to it's former glory.

One of my goals in life is to be able to successfully execute a winfield fade. They've really grown on me in the past couple of months.

Thanks for the link Jake! That '58 chevy at the top of the page is beautiful! I've been oogling at pretty much everything on rikster's site, and I have probably 20% of it copied to my computer.

I've been looking at my "Kustomland" book and I really like the Watson panel jobs.
