This might have been the "sleeper buy" of the meet.  A lot of guys just wanted to buy the chassis and running gear.  Body was rusty but straight and complete.

This was a nice little project.

Holy Shit!  Is that Respect or Sarcasm in that "Mr." title.  You know I don't care for that.

We cruised into the Swap with an empty pickup--and then proceded to fill it.  Well, actually Kieth did most of the filling.  I didn't scarf up my usual quota of goodies, but had a good time anyway.  I missed Boardman, but Gary talked to him.  My big boo boo this year was not buying the pair of Briz ribbed aluminum bumpers for $40.00 each.  I could have tripled my money or better right there at the meet.  There were about 200 snow blowers and 250 mini bikes---I did resist for another year. Oh yeah, I resisted a lifesize talking manican dressed in a tuxedo for $200.00  (He kind of looked like Boardman --with hair.) A few nice model A bodies there.  29 RPU for $2750.00  top bows for $365.00.  A couple A sedans in the $500.00 to $750.00 area.

Nothing but RESPECT for one of ND finest painters. :)  It's just seams like we don't see much of each other lately!!!

Boardman wirh hair, haha. I talked to Dave on the phone he said he was going.

I saw on the HAMB, some said it was one of the better swaps.

ooooh, how much were the ribbed aluminum wheels in the second picture? They're sweet. That belly tank must be the small one for only 2750. The longer one is like 10k. The small one would be tough to fit stuff into.
