well we got snow here , not in a globe and just took the vehicles out 2 mi from house as we in the flood mode in ada, at least on my farm, and i am in water violation???

So, does "before the last day" mean 24 hours prior, so, 12 november at 14:28 or calendar day, so 12 Nov at 23:59? Cuz Its worth it for PBR. I'm witholding my guess for now.
