i'd put it on a 1/2ton frame say 70's chev.  custom box 40 ford rear fenders.  paint it black black and give it a nice rubber rake with american 5 spoke big n littles.  but if he wants to build a boober rat truck ill take that grill off his hands

I'm not sure what his plans are with it. It's been sitting there for awhile.
