i was thinking about welding but my own casket.... oh wait thats my car ;) actually at one time i was going to donate my body to science and have my skeleton displayed in the scince room at my old high school, then i remembered what kids did to whay we had at said school

Well enough already ya know? Its one thing for us to let this hobby of ours (and add beer drinking to that) gobble up everything we have (time, money, family, etc) on earth, so do we really need to carry our baggage, (oh, i'm sorry, "passions") with us when we die? That shit bothers me because it just takes the attention off the real story of someones life. There was more to Joe than his fuckin' bike, there's more to me than my fuckin' cars, and probably more to that douche bag than his fuckin' PBR fetish. Fucking stupid. Leave it behind.
And if thats not an off topic rant, I don't know what is. . . :cry:

pete i pretty shure its not in the tradition of hotrods that tim meant but that of funerals. and my uncle ralphs funeral they had his oxy/ace setup his old beat up hood at heal and a nice new hood at the foot of the casket on a art peice he'd made

I've heard of drag racers having their ashes packed in the chute of a dragster, then pop the chute at the big end of the strip. Sounds fun.
I like the viking funeral where they set you in a boat full of fuel and sticks, float your ass out on a lake and shoot flaming arrows at the boat til it catches fire. Thats my favorite.
So, if someone fed my ashes to a dog, would that mean I turn to dog shit? Hehe, kind of a funny thought.

Thats what they did with Mike Strusinskis ashes. Ran his Flatheads Revenge and popped the chute with his ashes in Brainerd at the Super Secret run.

i think thats what happened with Al Teague, but it was at 400mph + at bonneville.
