Title: Hammerform
Post by: Tom on January 02, 2008 8:32 pm
Wanted to make a bubble to cover the cowl steering where it exited the mod. Made this hammer form AND the mallet ( out of an old base ball bat). Tried with some aluminum I had and it's not working out. Gona try again after I get some alum that they recommend.

Yeah I did..........but it's wasn't running worth a shit. I had just rebuilt the carb, so it the carb right?? WRONG!! Like Tracy says 90% of his carb problems are ignition.( right Tim??) The springs on the mech advance on the dizzy were shot. Changed out the distributor and it works much better. Of course only took a day and a half to figure that out!! :x
