Why not, people go through water deeper than that in Fargo all the time?

Unless they've fixed the water problems on 13th since I lived there.

Why not, people go through water deeper than that in Fargo all the time?

Unless they've fixed the water problems on 13th since I lived there.


i guess the difference would be the interstate is 75 mph and people are stupid and dont slow down.

i guess the difference would be the interstate is 75 mph and people are stupid and dont slow down.


They had DOT people out there flagging trying to slow the idiots down.
