I had the great pleasure of spending 7 days with Chip in August for an OVERHAULIN' build and everything said in the article is true.  He is just the nicest guy always.  During one BS session about midnight one night the subject of Boyd came up and he never said an unkind thing about him.  He is always kind, enthusiastic and complimentary.  On the build held at SEMA this year, he flew home on Haloween afternoon so he could go trick and treating with his kids.  As big a celebrity as he has become, he really tries to keep things simple.  He's a great guy!   :D

i also got to meet  him on a personal stop at a custom shop here in town he was in town for the gsta show so when he came up to look at his friends car at this shop he was dressed very nicely but he had no problem getting down on his knees on the shop floor to look this car over. i had a wonderful time sharing a sub and bs'in with him about his personal cars he is a very nice guy.
