Title: Shops for rent?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any shops that were for rent in the FM area?  Where, how much is there heat Could you let me know if there are any thanx.

There is a shop in the Mhd industrial park, its 30x30x14 feet, has a 100,000btu gas heater, and heat is about 200 a month in the coldest part of the winter, for comparison sake. It'll be for rent next year.
I don't know what that is in Euros, but would you like those measurements in meters?
