4 bolt wheels and 14", what ever they were on I bet it didn't burn off much rubber. ::)

The wheels are from the 60's because of the small inside mount hubcap so possibly mustang/falcon/comet etc. I'm thinking the slicks are old Fargo Tire Co. recap slicks. I had a pair on the Jakester for show the first year and the edge looks right and the small tread towards the outer edge.

That Ford PU is pretty decent. Too bad it's a '42, not a '41.

I don't remember ever seeing flipper caps like those.  Pretty unique, but too rich for me.

Wow, never seen electric ones. Do you need me to pick them up for the 32?

I know where you can get a convertible with one if you got $64,000.  I'm told that's what 54 convertibles are worth.

53 and 54 buick skylark convertibles are serious high dollar cars...my buddy in pa who works a resto shop has one in the shop and the owner has dropped 50K in it so far...and it isn't done.  The specific upholstery fabric was 1700 alone, not including the top material.

There is a good chance the owner will pass away before it is done.
