A `30s tank will NOT fit a `28-29.  But you can swap frames on all 4 years. Sure hope you can get som pics posted, that would help.

The tank has to be 28-29 it was all bolted together and complete when I got it. Still unable to post pics.

Are you trying to post pics from your phone? I think there might be an issue with that.
