You mean the girl or the name? ;) The girl came from South Dakota, the name was given to me by a member of the motorcycle group we used to ride with. We were discussing my high-school habit of drag racing on "The Loop" (local cruise route), and this guy decided I needed a name that sounded faster/tougher/wilder. "Roxy" was what he came up with, and the rest of the group decided that was to be it.
