Golf Cart
« on: July 15, 2009 5:30 AM »
This golf cart belongs to a fellow named Rick Gronner. He was my High School shop teacher and now considered a good friend. I thought this golf cart would make some of you smile. It has a 340 Arctic cat snowmobile engine that he modified the ignition on so it runs forward AND reverse to make the cart go forward and reverse. Don't worry, its fast enough. This is typical Rick Gronner stuff. Makes anything work because he wants to. I like the style too. Anybody heard of the "coachmen."

He's waiting for me to get home so we can chop the top on his '35 Ford pickup. It'll sit on an S-10 frame but will be fendered. I will influence the build traditionally as much as possible. . .
The problem with having an artistic eye is that you always end up making more work for yourself. -Cleatus on the HAMB

That is cool. If I had anywhere to drive a golf cart I would have one.
soaken wet shoes and winkled fingers...
hours and hours
inch at a time...
