Just dropping by to say hello to all. I'm an instructor of Automotive Technology at Bismarck State College. I also have a shop called JP's Garage where we are an authorized dealer for Corvette Central, and Corvette America, we sell aftermarket Corvette products. I'm currently building a 1928 Ford Sport Coupe rat rod, and a 1951 Henry J Gasser. I'm also a member of NDSRA, MSRA, Corvettes of Dakota Territory, and The Scrap Daddies Car Club. I look forward to being part of this site.

Looking good! I wish mine was that far along. What did you use for front axle and brake setup?
-
The front axle is a super bell, with a 4" drop, and the brake set up is from speedway, 78-up GM that works on the 37-48 Ford spindles
-
Kindof what I thought, chevy pattern. I want to run some ford wheels I have (5x5 1/2) i see someone on ebay sells a brake kit for$450 I may have to go that way. Rear end looks just like one I have (G bo dy I think), again pattern issue, so not sure what I'm using there either. I also have an old banjo, but it's from a 36?no juice brakes. So still working on a plan.
