Special Stainless tig rod - looking for advice
« on: November 11, 2014 2:19 PM »
So i have alot of extra stainless trim from the merc - all 4 door - both beltline and upper trim.  I probably have enough to put about 4 sets of coupe trim together.  What i don't have is any knowledge about what stainless rod i may need to tig them together.

Anyone have an idea what i may need to get?

thanks - tok

Get a roll of stainless MIG wire, you won't find a TIG rod smaller than MIG wire and it'd be better for that thin material.  309 should be fine.
