I know I have seen it.....but where. Western auto use to carry it. :)
soaken wet shoes and winkled fingers...
hours and hours
inch at a time...

Just a hammered finish? If so, most hardware stores should have it. Northport Tool Time (formerly True Value) had it when I was working there.
